FCC, TCPA, and Telecommunications Compliance
1. Regulatory Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable telecommunications laws and regulations, including but not limited to:
- The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules and orders
- Truth in Caller ID Act
- Any applicable state, local, or international telecommunications laws
2. TCPA Requirements
Users are strictly prohibited from using Lunar Grids services to initiate calls or messages that violate the TCPA. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Making robocalls or automated calls without prior express consent
- Sending unsolicited voice, SMS, or fax communications
- Calling numbers listed on Do Not Call (DNC) registries
- Using auto-dialers for marketing or solicitation without legal authorization
You are solely responsible for obtaining and documenting all required consent.
3. Caller ID & Spoofing
- Users may not alter, spoof, or falsify caller ID information with intent to defraud, harm, or wrongfully obtain anything of value.
- Any use of caller ID manipulation must comply with FCC regulations and applicable laws.
- Violations may result in immediate termination and reporting to authorities.
4. Traffic Monitoring & Enforcement
To comply with FCC and TCPA obligations, Lunar Grids may:
- Monitor call patterns and signaling data
- Block, filter, or restrict traffic suspected of illegal activity
- Require documentation of call consent or campaign legitimacy
- Suspend or terminate services without notice for suspected violations
5. Responsibility & Indemnification
- Lunar Grids acts as a communications service provider, not the originator of calls.
- You bear full responsibility for the content, purpose, and legality of communications.
- You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lunar Grids from any fines, penalties, claims, or damages arising from your violations of FCC, TCPA, or related laws.
6. Cooperation with Authorities
Lunar Grids may cooperate with:
- FCC enforcement actions
- Law enforcement requests
- Court orders and subpoenas
We may disclose account information or traffic data as legally required.
Violation of FCC or TCPA regulations may result in immediate service termination, permanent account bans, and referral to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement agencies.
